Roasted Turban Squash
A tantalizing combo of sweet and savory will make turban squash your new favorite.

- 1 turban squash, peeled and sliced or cubed
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Cup nutmeg
- Peel squash and cut into serving size pieces.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Combine honey, butter, salt and nutmeg and drizzle over squash.
- Bake for 30 minutes more or until soft.
