Ingredients
  1. Sweet Dumpling squash, halved and seeded.
  2. 2 Tablespoons butter
  3. 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cup crushed pecans (optional)
  5. Salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds and strings.
  2. Place in baking dish cut side down.
  3. Add a little water and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. Fill cavity with dabs of butter, brown sugar and pecans.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
  1. Serve hot.
