Baked Spaghetti Squash
Baked spaghetti squash - good on it's own or as a pasta substitute!

- 1 spaghetti squash
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper
- Spaghetti sauce (optional)
- Cut squash in half and bake one hour at 375 degrees.
- Add butter and season to taste.
- Prepare as desired.
- When opened, the interior looks like spaghetti. It may be eaten as a salad, or it can be served with spaghetti sauce for a delightful diet spaghetti meal.
