Thanksgiving, Christmas, or just because, this pumpkin pie is sure to please! Nothing's better than a pumpkin pie made from your own pumpkin puree, straight from the farm! Don't forget to use our pumpkin puree recipe!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl and add pumpkin puree, mix.
- Mix in dry ingredients.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour into pie crust and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove and cool.
