Ingredients
  1. Carnival Squash
  2. 2 Tablespoons Butter
  3. 1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
  4. Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  1. Pierce whole carnival squash with a sharp knife in several places.
  2. Cook on high 6-8 minutes per lb. (approximately 12-15 minutes usually)
  3. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut in half, remove seeds.
  4. Fill cavity with butter, brown sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
  1. Try filling the cavity with one of the following: cooked sausage, pecans or walnuts
